Time Card Editor

This feature allows you to condense the part categories into those corresponding to the time card categories unique to your company. This is meant to provide insight for job costing analysis. You may also want to compare the actual hours to those predicted by the software in order to refine the part hourly multipliers (Hrs/Unit). Within the Project Manager, Standard View you may observe the use of this feature using the Time Card Totals button.

1 Options Item List

Displays the various items you may open to edit the content. In this screenshot the "Time Card Editor" option has been selected.

2 Time Card Category List

Displays the time card categories that have been defined. These may be added/deleted by clicking the Add/Delete Category button.

3 Sub-Category List

Displays the part categories for which labor hours will be categorized in the selected time card category.

4 Part Category List

Displays the part categories. These may be categorized under the item in the Time Card Category List by using the Add to Sub-categories button.
